01. Cleanse

Vanicream Cleansing Bar

Wash with the bar cleanser in the morning. In her 2025 Vogue routine, Sofia says she uses Vanicream bar soap for her face because it is the only thing that does not break her out.

Earlier routines were different: Vogue 2019 showed Lancer The Method: Cleanse Sensitive Skin, Allure 2024 named SkinCeuticals Purifying Cleanser, and Vogue 2024 named SkinCeuticals Simply Clean.

02. Clean Towel

Pat dry after cleansing. In Vogue, Sofia says she uses these to dry her skin and has noticed the biggest difference when she avoids detergent residue from regular towels.

She says you can use anything, even a tissue; the idea is a clean, low-irritation dry-down.

03. LED + Cooling Mask

Use on clean, dry skin. In Vogue, Sofia says she uses the Shark cryo mask for anti-aging, to help kill bacteria, and because the little fan keeps her cool.

This is a tool step, so it is not the five-minute rushed-mom version of the routine, but it fits her acne-and-rosacea-support logic.

04. Purifying Mist

Mist after the LED mask. In Vogue, Sofia calls Hydrinity Hyacyn Active the hand sanitizer for your face because she likes it for keeping her skin feeling clean and calm.

In her older sensitive-skin routine, she used Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater after moisturizer.

05. Barrier Cream

Avène Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream

Warm it between your hands first, then press it in. Sofia calls Avène Cicalfate her holy grail in Vogue and says it looks glowier and more gorgeous the more you warm it into the skin.

06. SPF

SkinCeuticals Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50

Apply as the final daytime skin step. In Vogue 2025, Sofia calls this her SkinCeuticals 50 sunscreen and says it does not break her out and only does good things.

NewBeauty previously had her using Nudescreen Daily Mineral Veil SPF 30 every day, and Vogue 2019 showed a Supergoop Glow Stick SPF before makeup.

07. Lip Occlusive

Aquaphor Healing Ointment

Use on lips whenever they need a thick protective layer. In Vogue, Sofia calls Aquaphor her lip holy grail and says she cannot live without her enormous tub.

NewBeauty also says she keeps Nudestix Hydra-Peptide Lip Butter in her purse, while Marie Claire's pregnancy-product list included Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm.
